At Fresh Crumbs, every loaf is made with love, care, and only with the freshest ingredients. We follow a strict preparation schedule to ensure quality and freshness.
To help us manage inventory, minimize waste, and provide the best experience to all our customers, please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
⏰ Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations and changes must be made at least 24hours before your selected pickup time in order to receive a full refund or reschedule your order.
Any cancellation request made after the 24-hour cutoff is not eligible for a refund, as your order will already be in production or finalized for baking.

🚫 Missed Pickups / No-Shows
Pickup slots are selected by you at checkout and help us ensure smooth service.
If you miss your selected pickup window, we will hold your order for up to 24hours.
After 24hours, your items may be donated or discarded in order to maintain freshness and quality.
No refunds or replacements will be provided for missed pickups or late arrivals beyond this window.
