Fresh Crumbs is a home-based bakery located in San Antonio, TX, offering pre-order banana bread and related baked goods. All products are prepared under the Texas Cottage Food Law, which allows the sale of certain homemade foods without government inspection.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders must be placed online through our official website or approved sales channels.

  • Payment is due at the time of order via the payment methods provided (e.g., card, direct transfer, etc.).

  • Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (with full refund if applicable).

3. Pickup & Delivery

  • Fresh Crumbs operates on a pickup-only model (unless otherwise stated).

  • Customers are responsible for arriving during their selected time slot.

  • If a customer fails to pick up within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the order may be donated or discarded, and no refund will be issued.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 24-hour cutoff or for missed pickups.

5. Product Information & Allergies

  • All products are made in a home kitchen that handles eggs, dairy, wheat, nuts, and other common allergens.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients and disclose any food allergies.

  • All content on the site — including images, text, branding, and product names — is the property of Fresh Crumbs and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without permission.
